"I cannot compliment and thank the team at TRIA enough. I suffered 2 broken ankle bones while on vacation. Upon my return I was able to get an appointment right away. Grant, at the St Louis Park location greeted me with a smile and was incredibly thorough explaining everything. Dr. Wasserman was so kind, I immediately felt at ease in her care. Everyone at the surgery center was 10 out of 10!! They even went the extra mile and shipped me a bag of TRIA swag a week after surgery. It was easy to get in touch with nurses, scheduling, etc. I really felt like a patient, not a number. Highly recommend the experts at TRIA!"

"Skip TRIA. They overcharge (watch your bill closely), they record information incorrectly in your notes (like wich doctor you actually saw and what services were provided), push other services you may not need, like surgery and MRI's. Summit Orthopedics is much better and the place to go if you need service."

"I have had a few appointments here because I have had to follow up with the same provider. But it is very Disorganized. Nurses are in a bad mood. I am seen for 15min for the 1 hour wait on my already scheduled appointments. Especially my first appointment that I scheduled 2months in advance. And i dont get a chance to address all my concerns. The worse part is the billing. They over charge, they charge for things I was never seen for by people I was not seen by (had to dispute this over calls and was told that i couldn't prove it so I had to pay the 600). I had an appointment that day but never with PT and they billed me on top of my appointment for PT! Never had PT. Then they send me another huge bill that has already been paid. I have proof my insurance has proof but TRIA has no proof and insist I pay! Ridiculous! Please don't reply with " sorry you feel this way, please reach out to discuss this further " because I have been!"

"I am grateful for the experience I had at Tria. From the moment I walked into Urgent Care and was offered a wheelchair until my last PT appointment, I was treated well. My surgeon dr Mark Wilzynski was knowledgeable and did a great job on my broken wrist. He explained everything to me and I was very comfortable with the surgery. My PT was Adam Jansen who was also very kind and caring. I had a panic attack when he removed my bandage after surgery and he handled it very well. My entire recovery went well because of the care of these two individuals and their staff. They exceeded my expectations.Thank you!"

They all introduced themselves by their first name and had a special job to do. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone of them asked me if I had any questions and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. It was so much better having this procedure done there vs the hospital!"
