"I honestly hate this company. I stayed with the torture for cheaper rates. But now I finally found a company with better rates and customer service. I am so happy that I am moving on. Disorganized and disrespectful location. I will never do business with State Farm again. But I'm done. I will pay higher poor customer service, poor roadside assistance, the worse I have seen. I have been a customer with car insurance companies over 20 years. Finally! I will be soon rid of this poor service like I never received before. Even when they have cancellation in writing. The company said, we will cancel in order and had no time frame. TELLING ME I have a past dur amount. What a scam conpany.THANK goodness!"
