"Just stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes with no help. Someone was in front on us so we waited, another person walked in after us, went straight to the front of us, then said that they've been calling and no one has picked up, the staff didn't even acknowledge what was said, she just said "checking in?" And the lady said yes, she was calling to let them know that she'd be a little late but the staff's response or lack thereof to a complaint was our que to leave. You can tell they wwere somewhat dismissive of the complaint. Not in 2024"

"Had a new to me and great hygienist clean my teeth this last time. She was super gentle but still effectively cleaned everything well. Even got rid of the spot where my floss had been catching for a while. Been seeing Dr. Lahr for at least 10 years. Great dentist and seems like cool guy like we could hang out. He even started reading a series of book I brought in one time. Love the music at this office. It’s always something I know or at least something I like and can ask about and they’ll tell me what’s playing."

"Dr. Routt is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He explains everything before he begins, makes sure patient is comfortable and then explains as he moves through the appointment. Would highly recommend."
