Reviews
"It’s my first experience visiting a doctor in the states. I was skeptical when I was reading the review but honestly had a great experience here. For those who would like to come, you can make an appointment through the HealthPartners apps or call in. I Made the earliest appointment at 9am, checked in at the reception and a medical officer would brief me through the steps. He then conducted swab test and informed me of the next steps. Doctor Matthew came in after and did some check up on me. He let me know that I’ll receive a call if my strep test came back positive and he did! The call came in after 20 mins and I can collect my medicine at my preferred pharmacy. Overall a very pleasant experience!"
"It is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when nurses and doctors project their own personal views and opinions about health or a patient’s personal health onto that patient. I sent an email to my doctor and a nurse called to tell me she was not in the office until next week. This person made it clear she did not communicate with my doctor. She then felt the need to tell me what to do. I said multiple times I’ll wait until my doctor is back, at that point she felt the need to bring up my previous visit that included a discussion on surgery and asked if I was going to have that done and shared her opinion about it. I can understand calling and suggesting an appointment or suggestions regarding my email, but to have not communicated with the doctor and to force your personal opinions on how I should handle my health and body is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Just because those of us who are not in the medical field aren’t in that field or have the same knowledge and experience as you, does not mean we are incapable of deciding and knowing what is right for our bodies. *This review is not a fair representation of the clinic or staff overall. But this was important for me to share."
"The staff are polite but unable to assist. The dental clinic changed my appointment time. The auto notification did not work. I was told I was late and would have to reschedule for a different day. I receive too many e mails from HealthPartners to sort all of them out. The On line app was down and I could not check appointments. Time to re address the effectiveness of their portal."
"This is the second time I have provided insurance at the appointment, but it was not processed and I received a grossly large bill in the mail. Two separate times. Makes me sad to think of who else this is happening to, and for the patients who don't catch this error.."
