Staff on the phones, difficult to reach with long delays, did not correct it when I called the missing information to their attention. The staff agreed the post had been in complete. Previously, the repeated, email requests to outline medical information online was not possible due to access to the site not working, again, as confirmed on the phone, requiring long wait times."

"When we first started working with MN GI because my daughter was in the hospital they were truly very great. We've been working with them for a full year now and as time has gone on things have just gone down hill. Communication is not great (my daughter is seen weekly by a homecare nurse and the provider has never responded to a message homecare has sent) it's hard to get on the schedule and when I asked get a referral to a dietitian in my local area they made us see one of their dietitians first then never even sent the referral. It's been very frustrating. We're going to ride it out and see if things get better but if they don't I'm going to find a new GI provider for my daughter."
