"You will get nickel and dimed going here. Went for my yearly physical and they put money before the patient. They must follow some rigid script because as soon as I was asked "is there anything else you want to talk about" and went off this mysterious script, it cost be $147. I simply asked some questions about my physical well-being but that apparently isn't covered in a physical. I will be switching to a doctor and office that puts the patient first."

"Such a good experience here. I had a health concern that has been ongoing and I finally wanted it addressed (have had tests done before with no answers) or to get a second opinion. They got me in same day. Listened to my concerns and referred me for the testing I was going to ask for without even having to ask. At this point I want to rule out everything possible to get some answers! The Doctor was efficient and reasonable with the possibilities based off my symptoms and the two tests that were ordered. The Doctor also mentioned that if the specialist finds nothing serious but doesn’t look into something simple (allergies) to send him a message and he will refer me to someone else well versed in finding solutions for allergy symptoms. Left feeling like I found someone who is actually interested in giving me some answers!"

"Two completely different prices for same exact chiropractor services. Customer service rep hung up on me after not being able to answer my question. I received fine service from the chiro, but this is a for profit health care business and it certainly shows based on my experience with admin teams. I will not be spending anymore money here."

"The receptionist at the front soon as you walk in was rude for no reason at all. She just had a nasty attitude towards me and the other 2 ladies I was with. All we needed done was a tuberculosis test that our employer sent us to get done. I asked the receptionist for a clip board to fill out paperwork and she told me to use the desk over in the corner which had a computer monitor on it already with no room to fill out my paperwork on and there was no chair to sit down, even tho she had plenty of clipboards behind her. All i gotta say is people need to learn how to be nice to others."
