Inquiries made to Greg's office typically returned very quickly, and I have had times where they notice something that I might be overlooking in my coverage and could actually save me money. I remember one incident in particular. We had some storm damage to our roof. The adjuster came out and gave a low estimate. This was largely due to them using a drone to assess the damage.
