"Rescheduled without notification. What really happened was the receptionist miss scheduled an appointment for a 30 minute instead of 1 hour. Claimed they contacted me by phone, then claimed they left a voice-mail. Then was told they were having programming issues. Then was dropped when I wanted them to take ownership of a mistake. Not interested in a response from the "owner"."
