"I would rate a 0 for the nurse I spoke with. I told her I tested positive for covid. And she said I couldn't get the antiviral because I only was at at 2. And I needed to be a 4. And she really didn't even ask me my symptoms. Now 5 days later and I still feel awful. I'm immune compromised and she should not be able to work their. She was rude and not empathetic at all!!!!! So much for wanting to help people. I wish I would've gotten her name."

"In the midst of an Adderall shortage, my practitioner Andrea Geib refused to refill my prescription without an in person visit, promptly went on vacation and only allowed for a partial refill. During my visit, I was asked to provide a urine sample. I inquired as to why, and I was told it was to test bladder function. It was a drug screening, which showed I did not have amphetamine in my system. Instead of reaching out with this information (this has happened before... No, I don't have a $50 a week side hustle selling ADHD meds... The tests are designed to detect narcotic use), Andrea waited three days, after forcing me to get another blood pressure check, to inform me I breached my controlled substances agreement. So now I have to restart my care, leaving me without medication that I need to function, and looking like a desperate doctor shopper, all because Andrea Geib and the Park Nicollet Golden Valley clinic are mindlessly following DEA guidelines without understanding how or why they are there. The basic lack of competence and indifference to patient suffering should ward off any prospective new patients. Imagine if this were life threatening."

"I had a fantastic experience establishing care with a new primary at this location. Online check-in was fast and simple. I was seen on time and waited less than 5 minutes from when the nurse left my exam room to when Dr. Luthar began my exam. Dr. Luthar was fantastic! She treated me with kindness and compassion; she listened to my concerns and was helpful in providing and explaining next steps. I had lab work the day after my physical and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. I look forward to continuing my care at this clinic, specifically with Dr. Luthar."

"I had a great experience recently at the clinic. I was able to pre-check and pay my copay by clicking a handy link in a text. When I arrived and checked in I didn't have to wait in the waiting room I was given an exam room to wait. I appreciate keeping my distance during covid. My nurse and doctor were great. They listened, were compassionate, and gentle. Thanks!!"

"All i can say is listen to the 1 star reviews. They are there for a reason. I had a sore throat/ear ache for over 4 weeks and i was seen by not one but TWO of the doctors at this clinic and they both missed it. I was forced to go to a different doctor/different clinic and they immediately diagnosed it was an ear infection. The doctors at Park Nicollet subjected me to needless blood tests and swab tests and still were unable to diagnose me properly and still billed me about $1000! I usually don’t write reviews and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was the most ridiculous experience i have ever had at a doctors office."
