"I wish I had known about Meaghan and OSR a decade ago. Meaghan is a very knowledgeable and experienced physical therapist. I was debating on surgery for my hallux rigidus. Meaghan suggested PT first and I am so happy I decided to work with her. Before this, both my children had worked with Meaghan as well and both saw positive results with various back problems. Meaghan includes various modalities of therapy in one session of PT. On day 1 I went home with easy exercises to do at home for my toes. Obviously with PT you must do your part at home for it to work! Through the process of PT strength and flexibility was improving every week. Exercises during PT and at home were changed as progress was made in my feet. We started PT at 2x per week and gradually to 1x per week and then every two weeks until I felt comfortable on doing only home maintenance.
