"They have helped me so much. I'm so thankful. The staff is Excellent!"
"Good morning I was recently contacted by your office as my name was at the top of the list. I called your office January 13,2023 to inquire if I would have to come in person as I live 10hrs away in Markham, IL. The receptionist said yes. I also informed her that I had two appointments one for the 17th 2pm and one for the 20th at 9am. She said she would call me back to inform me on what appointment to keep. After a few days I called back when no one reached out to confirm a date. I was told to come on Friday the 20th at 9am. I got off work at 4pm and took the 10hr drive with my children to Russellville,Ar. I arrived to the office at 9am and was told my appointment was at 2pm. I returned to the hotel came back at 2pm. Once I arrived I sat and spoke to Wendy who stated she did not know I lived in Illinois(the packet was mailed to my home address and check stubs are from Illinois). The appointment lasted for 10 minutes for her to say I am over income. All of the documents that were reviewed had been delivered to you all well before my appointment. If I were over the income limits you all had that information before I drove 10hrs (gas, hotel, food) to inform me of this. The interview could have been done via phone. Also if staff would have simply looked at my documents they would have known my income as well as current residence. Also if I were to move to Russellville I would have to find a new employer because I would not commute daily to Illinois. So my income would obviously decrease. I am very disappointed as I am a single mother. I have 5 children I took a chance and used money that could have been used for many different things in hopes that we were going to relocate. Just to be told that I drove 10hrs for a 10 minute appointment to say I was over the income limit."
"Great people to help you out! Friend and efficient."
"So far quite helpful. 2 years into application process to maintain farm house built in 1800s."
"Went to get some information from them. I was reading the sign on the door when i guess it was time to close. The people walk out and see me standing there and rudely said"we aren't open to the public" so I said okay and walked back to my car. One of the ladies said "well is there somthing I can help you with?" So I was going to go ahead and ask my question. When I started to ask my question she completely cut me off and told me I was going to have to call the office when it was open. None of it made any sense and the lady was being completely rude for no reason."
