American Inn & Suites Russellville

"We got exactly what we asked for to suit our needs. The front window was fine for check in, I'm 65 and my hearing isn't great but the lady was very nice and patient with me. The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was clean and comfortable, we have no complaints. The building itself may be older but the integrity is sound. There wasn't a lot of noise, none that was bothersome. We were also respectful of the property and other guests. I have a therapy dog and a puppy. Every time we go to Arkansas we will definitely stay at American Inn and Suites in Russellville. We were there September 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2022. I could relax and rest. I was there to visit my 94 year old Mother in hospice with stage 4 colon cancer that has spread through out her tiny little 80 pound body. I will always reserve the same room we had a week ago."

"You cannot walk into the front office. You have to try to speak through a little Crack in a window at the front office. We wanted to look at the room before we decided to stay. When we got to the room the A/C was turned of and the room was miserably hot and probably would have took over an hour to cool off. They do not offer any amenities at all which they blame on covid, but ever hotel around them have all of their amenities available. I believe they are just being cheap."

"75 dollars a night and the rooms are disgusting. Floors are sticky and dirty, microwave had food in it, fridge had old food and stains, walls are covered in stains from smoking, sheets and blankets are gross, the wall is peeling off in the shower, the towels provided had dirt and stains on them and smelled bad. Never ever coming here again."

"Motel has been redone, some..... Bathroom smells like pee. Sink had black hairs all over it. Beds are full not queen. Beds with no comforters just a pull over thin piece of some odd material. Very thin. There is a blanket in the dresser but it looks quite worn and used. Does have updated floors, but not clean. I walked barefoot on them and there was stuff stuck to my feet. Had to get a towel to put beside my bed. For 57 dollars, I suppose you get what you get."

"Our power went out so we had to book a room last minute with our three children. The lady at the front desk couldn't get my card to read for some unknown reason and actually discounted my room to the price I had in my pocket. Super nice lady. The rooms were clean, the heater was fantastic, and all amenities such as the microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, etc. were included and in working order. Maybe not the most high class of establishments, but worth every cent for the service I received. Thank you, ma'am."
