Quality Inn Russellville I-40

"The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean, until right before we were checking out and realized that there wasn't any mattress protectors on the beds. In my opinion that is unsanitary. However, the morning staff is very rude. She would not allow us to take our breakfast back to our room, because she said is causes a mess and bugs, mind you there is a microwave and a refrigerator in each room...????....so instead of getting to take part of the free continental breakfast, we had to pay an extra $46 to buy breakfast from waffle house next door."

"Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Plenty of lighting in parking lot. Behind the waffle house. Right off interstate. Not a horrible location. Definitely not the worst in town, would put it in top 10 in Russellville. It's not a bad choice, comfortable beds, decently clean not the newest but way better than other choices when others are booked."

"The rooms were clean, but once you start looking, you will see why I gave this hotel a 1 star. I found a sider in one bed under the blankets. The other bed had a small beetle type bug. Once I turned off the main light, I only had the bathroom light on. A roach came out. I know it's not the best, but what can I expect with a 60$ room. There were boogers smeared on the wall by the bed. The hotel did call Terminex out and sprayed the rooms. So that was good, and the front desk lady also came to my room and cleaned the boogers off the wall."
