"Due to an injury caused by a fall, I was in a lot of pain. Had a friend pick me up and drive me to Urgent Care. When we arrived, there was no line so I walked right up to the reception desk to be checked in. Because of the nature of my injury, I was triaged so my wait time was short. As the doctor asked me questions, I felt actually listened to. It was decided that I needed to have x-rays taken to see if I had any broken bones. As soon as the x-rays were taken they were submitted to the radiologist on hand. Shortly afterwards, the doctor received the report, confirming her suspicions that I had a fractured rib. The whole time I was at this Urgent Care, I was treated with respect and dignity."

"This location is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and considerate. Dr. E Jungbauer is the best. Answers all my questions and makes sure all of my health concerns are addressed. Very timely notes on test results and I feel great about the care I'm getting."

"I had an appointment for a virtual visit and although I did 3 tests to confirm my computer was compatible, at the day of my appointment I found out it wasn't. I had to change computers and do a lot of work, and ended up missing my appointment, but not finding out until waiting alone in the virtual visit for an hour and a half. (I was told to wait by Allina). The doctor is probably wonderful. I will be trying again for a virtual visit. Wish me luck."

"Wonderful experience at Alina Greenway. Able to get an appt quickly from first call, was seen in a timely manner, the LNP (Jodi Johnson) and nurse (Mary) gave me lots of time to hear all my concerns, and we came up with a plan. Thank you!"
