"Took 15 days to get my deposit back after being told it was going to be put in the mail the next day. I gave a 30 day notice on the 17th of november. Was told to be out on the first. I was out on the first and had the place cleaned. After not receiving my deposit in the mail I sent multiple messages to Tony, I never once got a response. I got his wife Barbs number and she proceeded to be very rude as well. Ignored multiple phone calls after saying she would mail the deposit, then I called her to make sure it was being mailed, and my call was declined. She then called me back to let me know my deposit was at an office, not mailed at all. Terrible customer care! all could have been prevented with better communication."
