"I guess I am not used to staying in nice enough hotels. Never had full size soaps in the bathroom. Aside from that the place is beautifully decorated. Nicely furnished. Very accommodating. Very comfortable. But I am now stuck as a fan and will always look for a Hampton inn when choosing a hotel."

"As soon as I booked the room through Hilton Honors, the price through all the other sites literally dropped $20 below what I just paid. I had checked those same sites before booking. So irritating. I kept waiting for my electronic key as we were coming in late. It never came. Had to go to the front desk and she said oh yes they don't work. Then why advertise it for that specific location? Took the keys up and they didn't work. We back down 3 floors with my arms full of stuff. Clerk said oh yes, it's just sticky and went up to show us the little truck to get in. I was pretty irritated at this point. However, she was as nice as could be and as helpful as she could be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were comfortable and we all slept well which isn't something I do when traveling. Breakfast that was provided the next morning was really good the first morning. The employee in charge didn't seem like she wanted to be there and wasn't welcoming or helpful. The second morning it was not good. Most things were empty, the biscuits were way over done and there was well over an hour left to go. The person just stood there with trash cans overflowing and didn't refill anything or greet anyone. Most things were empty and several guests left without eating. The area for dining was clean and appealing and comfortable. The other employees we encountered were more than pleasant and courteous and seemed to be really engaged in their jobs. That was refreshing!"

"Pros: real coffee, respectable breakfast with good yogurt and good peanut butter. The staff was very personable and hospitable. Encouragements: a sickly, moldy odor came from my room's A/C vent and there was mold in crevices of the shower door and shower corners. For the price point, these really shouldn't be present."
