"I do not review often, and I do what I can to be patient and understanding. I had a very poor experience living here. I moved in June, which MGMT was very helpful considering my circumstances. Upon arrival, my air conditioning was out. I cooperated, which wasn't hard after spending time in the tropics of Mexico and many hot summers of music festivals. It took two to three weeks until it was fixed, and again I understand the time of year is probably the busiest for air conditioning mechanics. I must address the real trouble was the maintenance misdiagnosed the issue twice, leading to a lengthy repair time. My dryer was the next appliance to break/malfunction. It wasn't until the third request that I received attention. Upon signing the lease, I was told I would have auto withdraw from my checking account, and seeing that I'm too busy to get to the bank and to the deposit box (much less I don't have checks), I was to take advantage of this. The first two months, I noticed money was not being taken out of my account. I gave a money order and was told they would work on it. For the next pay period, I was given a note stating they would not be able to offer the service due to bank fees and not having enough tenants using auto withdraw. It seems Club at the Creek is still waiting to enter the 21st century. The latest of debacles has been interesting. I have requested maintenance for my dishwasher and food disposal because they back up my sink (and my bathroom sink had broken as well). I don't know how many weeks ago this was, but I haven't received attention for it. Fixed my bathroom sink, and I put up with the dishwasher being a problem. I haven't been persistent because I figure, "Hey, what's the point? If your landlady is your neighbor and you are still having this much trouble toward the end of your lease, you probably won't get any help." I do find it funny because my best friend was living here, and he had a great experience! Maybe my time here is one of those weird blips. FYI, I wrote this review 11/16, but I originally gave a rating (2 stars, now 1) in late July. I would not suggest living here unless you have more time and energy to dedicate to making things happen and work at your home. North Creekside Apartments is right across the street and looks to be very competitive in price and amenities. I would suggest looking there first before coming here. EDIT 9/13/12 - Noticed my review was responded to albeit poorly. My dryer did break. I was given the option of having auto-withdraw and denied. Dishwasher did break. I talked to my land lord in person. Multiple times. In her office and in passing. We were neighbors after all. Yes, her office was 100 ft away, but I lived next door. How many times did my landlord care to knock on my door to check and see how I'm doing? Zero. No personal touch or care for the tenant who has made multiple maintenance requests and has had plenty of issues. I was glad to move out after six months to sign a year lease with Sweetser properties. You may enjoy living here, but you might not. It's honestly a toss up. I don't suggest it due to poor consistency in MGMT. Go to Sweetser around the corner. You'll be much happier Edit 2/29/24: Wow I can't believe I ever put up with this. And then the new owners of this spot give a generic reply 45 minutes ago. Knocked my review back to 1 star. This was unacceptable, and I should have stood up for myself."

"So this was back in 2018...They didn't let me look at the unit that I would be renting. My apartment had roaches wondering in. They sprayed but it didn't stop the bugs from coming in from the neighbors. When I complained again they told me that I needed to vacate as they could not resolve the issue. A month after moving in I moved out. The manager was so, so dismissive."
"I have only been here a few months now, but the management staff and maintenance have been wonderful. Apartment is clean and very quiet living here. Great outdoor area, clubhouse, and pool area as well. Parking is super easy to find. Residents are all great not super noisy or disruptful. When my AC went out they were here the same day to fix it thanks for being such a wonderful company to rent from."
