"I lived here for a year and a half. The apartments were nice, as were the people in the office. Amazing location. Walls are a bit thin, and we had some noisy neighbors. I highly recommend this place!"

"Worst experience ever! My daughter will be relocating to NW Arkansas for her corporate job and we attempted to make an appointment to view the Meridian. Unfortunately, we were met with the most hateful older woman I have ever encountered. My daughter had her ID and was ready to look, however I had left my ID at TSA on a recent trip, but had a photo of both my ID and passport. She refused to show my daughter the unit and directed me to wait outside without so much as an introduction or offer of basic information about the community. One would think an older woman would be a little more humble when dealing with young people, especially those new to the area looking for a positive experience. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior toward clients in the housing industry or had anyone make me question fair housing laws and age/sex discrimination. It was clear she was not interested in accommodating a young woman looking for her first apartment out of college. As a business and rental property owner myself, I would certainly recommend a reconsideration of staffing if reputation is important to the owners and property manager. We easily signed a 2 year lease at a much nicer community the same day with no issues whatsoever."

"We absolutely love this place! It was an easy process to move in. The apartment was in great condition and very clean. It has great management and staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Very safe and beautiful environment. Maintenance requests are taken care of efficiently and quickly. Convenient location , easy access to all shopping and interstate. We’ve lived here less than 6 months and feel like we are at home."

Amanda has been super accommodating and always more than happy to answer our questions. She’s so friendly and very easy to work with. We will be staying here for a while!"

It's great that every apartment has an attached garage, you don't really get that at a lot of apartment complexes. (We can fit our Ping Pong table in there) Amanda in the property office has always been a huge help to us and makes sure we are taken care of. Any problems we have had she has gotten them resolved!"
