"UPDATE: This complex is ran by crooks and thieves (Hannah, et al). My wife and I did a move-out walkthrough with Hannah and another employee. Neither found any damage or dirt. Regardless... -She took $200(!) from my security for them to repaint their walls -She kept a $500 pet deposit when there was 0 pet damage Original: Large/spacious apartments, dog friendly, nice clubhouse and pool Expensive, the grounds outside of the clubhouse and pool area are not maintained at all (see photos), the pool is completely full of drunk college kids on the weekends, off-leash dogs and dog feces everywhere, residents drive +30mph though the parking lot"

"49 West truly is the best apartments in the entire area. Demographic here is mostly young, few family’s, so Saturdays at the pool feel like a giant hang out. We honestly have stunning grounds that are very well kept, nightly valet trash, resort pool, walk path surrounding a big lake, beautiful club house that serves free coffee and concession. Our unit has all new appliances and massive windows overlooking a country view. For the amenities you get here it’s definitely worth the price, which somehow is still considerably better than all other apartments in Rogers area! The location is also key, dead center between Rogers and Bentonville, and tucked around the corner from the I-49. Talk with Hannah in the leasing lobby, she is so sweet and helpful and will get you situated with exactly what you wanted. I’m getting ready to sign my third lease!"
