"Large, clean rooms. Good service. The breakfast had a lot of options. Unfortunately the pool was down but we were offered the option to swim down the street at their sister hotel."

"We walked in to check in and an alarm of some sort was going off. The lady at the front desk said hold on I have to take care of this. After about 20 minutes people started coming from everywhere saying that there was water leaking in their rooms. Next thing probably 20 people in the lobby, some trying to check in, some their rooms were flooding then water started pouring in the hallway and elevator. The front desk person said everyone go to comfort suites tgey know you are coming. We already made other reservations at the embassy. When we tried to make sure we wouldn’t be charged she yelled no one will be charged just get out so we left. Next morning I checked our account and lo and behold we were charged. I called to get a refund which she said she processed but it would be 7-10 days before it would be returned. So… don’t stay there. Also, the poor woman at the front desk was doing her best but she was by herself."

"Its 12-45 am just got woke up by the room below me sounds like they are having a party and I’ve been getting a strong smell of weed in my bathroom area in the bedroom.Reported it to front desk but nothing has happened to quiet them down yet. Paid a lot for this room and extremely disappointed so far. After talking with the manager the next morning and her taking care of the situation I can say that customer service was really good."

"One bed was slept in upon arrival. The room was decent, but it was unnerving to have a used bed. I asked for another room, but they said none were available. But they would do a full clean in the morning. We stayed. The next morning, we left reminding them of the full clean. We arrived late afternoon, and our room had not been touched. We asked to talk to the manager, and no manager was available for 4 days. It was the busiest weekend of the year, and there was no manager. I told nobody until now about our issues. But the neighboring rooms of people I didn't know were talking to me of their dirty rooms. We booked through a third party and learned some lessons."

"I'm rating this place 3 stars, though it probably deserves 2. If this were a Best Western or some other cheap place it probably would be worth 3.5 stars, but being that this is supposed to be nicer than those places I'm only giving 2.5 - 3 stars. The carpet in my room is stained in dozens of places, the closet door was hanging by only one hinge, the cabinet door has a door hanger that has no screws, so it is also hanging by only one hinge. The jacuzzi was not properly cleaned and could stand a little maintenance. There are stains on the chairs in my room. It could be a great place, but they really need to invest in it a little rather than some corporate oligarch pocketing all the profits and starving this place of the care and upkeep it desperately needs until it's so run down no one stays here"
