"Hi! I am the dog owner that escaped yesterday because of a door that won’t stay latched shut unless locked. It’s not a dog friendly place whatsoever! Not to mention the black mold issues, the water leaks, and the huge water stain that has quadrupled in size since I’ve moved in! I’ve live here 6 months and put in 2 maintenance request and nothing has been done about it. Wondering if this is what’s causing my allergy issues? Tony has been rude every encounter, and I personally cannot wait to move out of this establishment. I’ve never had so many issues."

"It was an enjoyable tour however there were some things I discovered about your apartments that makes me change my mind about living there ! My main concern for the 1st floor apartment was the patio over hang from the 2nd floor apartment it had slats in the floor on their balcony which means anything liquid poured on the balcony would end up on my patio! I experienced this at an apartment I rented in OKC , the tenants above me put their dog on the balcony while they were working and therefore when the dog diffacated his pea or poop ended up on my patio!"

"This is a newly established apartment complex. I was fortunate to be one of the first people to move into them. Let me tell you, this place is awesome! The staff has shown me the utmost respect and they take great care of their residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone."
