"The service here was actually a lot better than any other Extended Stay America around the twin cities in Minnesota their workers are a lot friendlier and a lot more willing to help you if you need help not standing around and doing nothing especially when you're standing at the front desk asking for something or they're just staring at you they're obviously working and they're here to help you and it's a good feeling considering a lot of the other locations are just doing nothing when wanting to charge you for that"

"This place is not called Extented Stay anymore. The owners are New. Give them a chance. I have rented under both. The new owners are much more detailed in keeping this hotel clean. The staff are more attentive to your needs as guests. This new place is now called Surburban Studios. I hate to see them get bad reviews when they are doing such a great job to change the image of that old place. That name has change and so has the service."

"I have stayed here before but this time was not so great. The first room they put me in had so many elder bugs crawling in it. All in my bed on the counters and in the bathroom. Then they moved me to another room due to the stove top was not working either. The new room had no elder bugs but the bed was hard, sheets had spots on them, the shower nob was stuck in the up position, the microwave was unclean smelled and did not have a plate in it, and the carpet had so many spots. I was very disappointed in the way this room was."

"Please don't stay at this hotel. The hotel sign was not lit and there were no signs announcing it was Extended Stay America. Plus, nobody was at the front desk for several minutes after I arrived, so I wasn't even sure I was at the correct hotel. (Once the desk clerk got there, they were very nice.) I found out this hotel is going to be under new management. Unfortunately, the room appeared to not have been cleaned. The desk had sticky rings, the carpet was quite grimy and there were obvious dust bunny clumps on the floor, there was an obvious stain on one of the pillow cases, and someone had forgotten to put a top sheet on the bed. If I hadn't arrived very late and very tired, I absolutely would have walked out -- refund or no refund. However, as my other option was sleeping in my car, I kept my clothes on, laid on the single sheet, and used my sweater as a blanket. Wow, this place was truly a dump -- and the online price was $125/night (for such a place!!--unbelievable!!)."
