"I first walked into the IDC during the height of the pandemic and said I needed to furnish a newly purchased townhome, that I knew what I wanted but that I intensely dislike shopping. During the following months Dawn and Denise could not have been more helpful. They not only heard what I was saying, they listened. My time was never wasted and I was never pressured but was shown items in keeping with what I had said I needed and wanted. I do not live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area so considerable communication took place by phone and email with Dawn always keeping Denise current as related to items under consideration and decisions made while Denise did the same with Dawn. Not once was there even the slightest miscommunication. When we learned due to the pandemic the factory in Finland had stopped making dining tables and chairs Denise contacted someone at the factory to ask if they could please make the one table and 4 chairs I wanted from stock on hand AND THEY DID!!! I was grateful beyond words to think she had done this and that those at the factory had agreed. Three times Kevin and Rick delivered items to my home and each time I was impressed by their work habits. Kevin is extremely skilled/talented and a strong leader and I appreciated how he appropriately mentored Rick relating to why things were being done as they were. Every piece was placed exactly where I wanted and I know had I not been happy they'd have moved them. Whether ordered from Finland or Norway or bought off the floor, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the many pieces from the IDC and as important, could not be happier with the experience I had working with Dawn, Denise, Kevin and Rick. They were exceptional."

"I have been searching for years for this piece of furniture. I found it here! I drove four and half hours to pick it up. Within the two days I planned to pick it up I sent many text messages requesting pictures and asking many questions. I made several phone calls and Kathy was great! I even sent a text at 2am asking her something and she laughed when returning my text asking if I ever sleep. The whole experience from the time I found it and made the first phone call to driving off was professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I also bought the art and some decor to make sure it fit in the room I was putting it in."

"I purchased a new home in the Milwaukee area and furnished my entire kitchen with International Design Center teak products. From the dining table, chairs, sideboard and hutch to counter stools it is all quality brand new products. A lot of teak I have found is used, so getting it new from IDC is what I wanted and at a fair price point. The delivery was simple. I paid for white glove and didn't have to lift a finger. I recommend going that route out of state. I had a couple questions once I received the product about treatment and Mark from their warehouse team was very helpful. It took me about 6 months to decide on what I wanted, but once I figured out what my space could fit, it was perfect. They had the sofa I was looking for in stock and the coffee table. The process was very smooth from when I ordered to when I received the goods. I received my tracking information within 7 days of ordering and the delivery service came within 21 days. They brought it into my home and placed in my living room. (I used the $600.00 white glove service because I wasn't paying tax for being out of state and didn't want the hassle of bringing everything in myself) - Overall very excited about the quality of goods and will comeback."
