"I stopped by for the first time today. I was looking for a few pieces of furniture. This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today. The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you. My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have."

"Room and Board quality control is lacking. I own 5 other pieces that are spot on. This one was off half an inch, it should be 16in. Apparently R&B can "Round Up" as an excuse according to customer service. Terrible from a premium furniture brand."
