"Awful customer service each time we’ve called. Most recently I placed a work order for our Hobart dishwasher and was told 3-4 days. Called on Day 5 and was told we’re still not scheduled for service. Called every day after that for 12 days, many times I would be disconnected after sitting on hold over 30 minutes. Was told a service manager (Billy?) would get back to me. Never heard a peep. Our 2 year old dishwasher (warranty expired) had a major failure that may cost a third of the price of the original equipment to fix, and we can’t even get them to service their own equipment. Will be taking action against this company. Avoid at all costs."
"I called a week ago for a service call at one of my schools, and I was sent a text that a technician would be there the next day. On that day, I received another text saying they would be out on Thursday. Then on Thursday, I received another text saying the call was placed on hold, and to call with questions. I called on Thursday, Friday, and again on Monday. Each time I was told that the dispatcher would give me a call with an update on the repair needed for the dish machine. I have yet to receive a return call. Since then, my staff has been unable to serve meals on reusable trays, and have had to use disposable trays and utensils. I find this completely unacceptable!"

"We called this company to indicate a problem with our saw and specified the part that needed to be replaced. The individual who took our phone call neglected to take note of the part that we discussed, so the person who came to repair the saw, showed up without the necessary part. When I called to discuss this problem, I was told by the same individual who took our original phone call, "Sorry, we talk to hundreds of people every day. We don't write every single thing down that they say." Thankfully, the repair person was very displeased with the service we received from the main office, so he tracked down the part we needed and drove even more out his way to get the part and repair our saw. Just because you talk to hundreds of people every day, doesn't mean they should be treated like a number. As a business owner, I give my customers the attention and respect they deserve. I expect to be given the same treatment."
