North Memorial Health Clinic - Downtown Minneapolis 651 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402

"Horrible customer service. I went there because I wiped out on my bike injuring my arm. I scheduled an appointment, and when I scheduled it, I explained the issue (and that I wanted to check to see whether I had any fractures). I attended the appointment, and was told that they did not have an x-ray tech available. They said that they would call me and that I would not have to schedule another appointment. No call. About a week later, I call, and after being transferred to a couple of people, I am transferred to an x-ray tech. She then starts asking me about my insurance, and how whomever transferred me to her was worried about my insurance. I explained to the x-ray tech that I was there the week before, and they have all of my insurance information, etc. I have good insurance which covers diagnostic scans. I was warned not go there, and am regretting it. I live and work downtown, and went there because it was convenient. Next time I am going to TRIA. SO frustrating!"

"I've been seeing Dr. Kim for over two years. The staff has always been peasant and for the first year, things seemed good. But past couple visits have been very disappointing, culminating in an awful visit last week. I scheduled a yearly physical and had a couple things to discuss. Dr. Kim hardly looked at me during the visit, didn't explain anything about what he thought the minor things were and then refused to conduct a physical because I had seen a cardiologist recently. Wait, what? Last I checked, there's more to a yearly physical than getting cholesterol levels and a stethoscope to the chest. The whole time he seemed like all he wanted was to get out of the room as fast as possible. No explanations. Nothing. I'm now trying to figure out what to do for a new doctor, since my current doctor won't do a yearly checkup."

"07/17/2019 - After requesting to review, they're still charging for ~$600 for a service that I did not ask for and/or receive. I specifically pointed out that I came in for the annual physical and do not want any services with other charges. And less than 15 minutes with NOT a doctor but with a PA got charged extra $ for talking for ~1 minute about itchy skin. He stated things anyone would know about such as putting on good lotion, etc. or by googling. And I have a very good insurance with a large company, but still getting asked to pay alot out of pocket as a result. I am very much concerned about the integrity of these guys and how they operate. 10/30/2018 - They charged me $587 for an annual physical with a Physician Assistant for 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible - it's going to go over much more than your insurance coverage even if they're in-network."

"I have had 2 good experiences with this clinic. I don't know why others fuss about this place. Most people should have insurance anyways. Cost is a non factor. The staff have been friendly and courteous. They respected my time. Both my appointments have been in and out. They are conveniently located in the skyway. Exam rooms are clean as expected since this clinic is still relatively new. If you work downtown and need to see a doctor, this is a no brainer choice for you."
