"Customer service was horrible. Don't bother making a reservation online bcos apparently it means nothing to them. Room was not "newly renovated" as advertised. We couldn't get the room we requested so the lady said she has a "brand new room" for us. She showed us a dingy room with old carpet, bed was missing a wheel so it was lopsided, sheets were yellow and smelled like it was not washed. Would have left if it there were rooms available elsewhere in town. We definitely felt inclined to check for bed bugs at this place (thankfully there were none). The outside of this place looks great but that is not what u get in the rooms. Will not recommend."
