"Drove large group of kids here. Patti at desk in morning was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. As a motorcoach driver groups plans changed but l came back to see if l could use my room if not cleaned to shower as l didnt have time first thing. Patti accomadated me and l got a shower and am refreshed for the trip home. Thank you Patti for the excellent service. Give her a raise! Few and far around of this type of worker. "I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, it's very clean and the hotel front desk reps are super friendly. The rooms can use a updating, I stay in the handicap extended stay room and the carpet is fraying at the bathroom door threshold, The door to the room could be a lot lighter to open as someone who is in wheelchair having limited hand function and strength, it's very difficult to open the door due to it being so heavy. The room is very big which i like, it makes it easier to get around in my wheelchair. The accessible bathroom could be more accessible as far as the shower goes, It should be a roll in shower as not everyone can transfer to the bench that folds down over the tub. Plus the tub sits so low that it makes it difficult to transfer back to my chair. I would suggest just updating the bathroom and maybe putting in a automatic door opener, I know they have them in some hotels like the Hilton Inn. Other than that i like this hotel and will choose this hotel any time that i travel to that area as there is no Hilton Inn's in the area! This hotel is the next best thing!"

"We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The room was quite nice. We appreciated being able to let our grandchild use the pool."
