"Very horrible staff, front desk is nice but the housekeepers and managers are horrible. The rooms can be a lot better. The people who work there are racist and self centered. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I was here for a hockey tournament, and they do not allow sticks inside, even knee hockey sticks. The pool is nice and decently sized, and the rooms are not too large but not too small. The beds are not very comfortable, and they don't clean your room. It appeared that they were consistently shortstaffed; however, if you are visiting for a hockey tournament, this hotel is a great option. Breakfast is great."

"this place does not give you a confirmation # when you book Jan 24. also does not do cancelations in cases of emergancy situations( just buried our son Jan 19 and had to get back to Wpg right away Jan 25) . they will tell you they are booked up and not able to rebook your room. meanwhile they have already charged your card before you even check in. we have been staying at this location for over 10 year and have never been treated this bad before. we will never go back and will tell family and friends who also have stayed there about their policy of not taking cash to pay for your room."
