"I have stayed with this hotel about five times previously with no issues. However . I just stayed with them 2/17-2/18…took a shower not realizing there was human pubic hair all over the walls. I complained to management -Kelly, who basically called me a liar stating she looked at the room before and it was fine. I certainly don’t appreciate being treated that way and certainly don’t appreciate being exposed to a dirty shower! And Kelly in your response to My complaint on Google, it’s funny you say you “ have taken your feedback on board, and we will strive to make improvements” because I brought this matter all the way to corporate and you still Have yet to respond to their inquiry of my complaint"

"Dirty room hair on the sheets of the bed jacuzzi had hair and dirt in it so unusable. Swimming pol hasn't worked for a long time very unsatisfied"

"Very friendly staff. Good location easy on/ off. An affordable place to stay while visiting town. It was comfortable, warm, and quiet. I would stay again."

"Recently stayed a wknd. This is definately a roach motel. 2 crawled out of the sink when I was there. Breakfast was sub par. One of the regulars apparently lives and works nearby called it " americas worse undervalued inn" I watch a dog pee on the wall. The owner never did a thing. Also the noise level at night and day is terrible if you need sleep. The night I was there some guy got drunk. Left sink on and flooded his neighbor. I wouldn't reccomend this place to a homeless person"

"We booked one night and were happy there was availability, but weren't very impressed. The laminate floor throughout the building was a nice feature, but doesn't help keep rooms warm. The shower head didn't have any water pressure and I almost slipped in the shower as there were no grips (or even a mat) to stand on. Additionally, the staff who checked us in didn't have us on their roster (even though we booked online 6 hours earlier) so who knows if the other spaces are different, as she said she would "make it easy" and put us in a room right off the entryway. All in all, if you're passing through and don't plan to stay more than one night, it will do."
