"Online showed 6 stylists working and 0 minute wait. 35 minutes later still no hair cut and only 3 stylists working so I had to walk out and leave to go somewhere else. Not a single person greeted me or welcomed me into the store in addition to all of the stylists showing with their expressions and body language they wanted to be anywhere but work. As a consumer I feel that energy and will choose to go somewhere else even if not for the wait time issue."

He was scared the first time from past experiences at other places and she walked him through each step she was taking and even has some pop toys to mess with while getting the haircut."

"Took my 13 year old daughter in here on a whim because she needed a trim and it's right next to Target. Bad decision. The people who worked there were not friendly or welcoming at all. Don't think anyone actually looked me in the eye until after the cut when I left a tip. She cut 1 inch off of my daughter's hair and it was totally pointless. Also, it wasn't even. I figured if these people cut mens hair, then a straight across trim should be a breeze. No wash, nothing. Just about 2 minutes cutting off 1 inch and with tip, I paid almost $30. Then I still had to make an appointment at our usual place and pay more money to get a proper haircut."
