"If I could give 0 I would. After my 30min wait I got a lazy 5min pedicure that was so messy and left a ton of dead skin on my feet for $25, then the monstrosity that is these nails, they are uneven, not what I asked for even after I asked him to take away some of the white, you can see the streaks from his weird tactic of nearly covering the whole nail in white then using acetone to take it off. He cut my cuticle with the drill which still burns. They are so uneven from the polish to the actual nail. I’m so angry because I have senior pictures (which I told him and had to reschedule because of how long it took) I cried all the way home I can’t believe I actually tipped $15 for this."

"Highly ✨DON’T✨ recommend: I asked for fingertip length oval black tips (with picture)… I left with my nails shorter than when I went in with natural nails (I got acrylic with tips glued on) .. Black specks in them, black around my cuticles, they look dirty in general, I had to ask her to remove the acrylic under the tip that’s just a normal part of the process… But the woman who runs it just kept walking over and telling me to be quiet and let the girl finish.. no? I had to shape them as close as I could myself bc they were so uneven hand to hand. One hand had a thin tip, the other twice in thickness before I asked her repeatedly to fix them one finger at a time. They also aren’t all connected to my real nails. I paid. If I could afford it, I’d pay to have them removed and redone at VIP. I had these done for the Rise House's Second Annual Masquerade Ball this week and they look and feel awful."

"I always have a great experience everyone I go! I’ve had several people work on my nails and they all did great! My 6 year old daughter loves getting pedicures and they always treat her so special!! Never a long wait!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!"
