"If you want to get lash extensions DO NOT come here. I came for a lash extension and ended up getting clusters that looked horrible. I tried to communicate that I wanted a natural look and not too full/ long but I somehow ended up with super full lashes. When I expressed I didn’t like them, the staff began to argue with each other and me. I never placed blame or claimed I wouldn’t pay for the service, but they started arguing anyways. When they finally agreed to take them off, I could still hear them arguing in the back. I eventually just got up and left without them even being taken off. I also was made to pay for them before they were even taken off. I don’t understand how a business can be okay with not communicating effectively with clients."

The customer service is five star and their job is AMAZING I don’t think ever in my life my nails looked this good. I've been to Conway Nail Bar a few times for my nails and I love the work all the girls here do! I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application."
