"I went in wanting some purple glitter nails for a show that I’m in. I wanted them to be coffin shaped but not too long. The man that I was with I think his name was Tony did not listen when I told him the nails were different length and shapes. Every time I brought it up he would file my nails as painful as possible and gave me cuts in my fingers that still hurt the next day. They were so bad I called and schedule an appointment to have them fixed. I only have pictures of the nails they “fixed” which are still not great. They were extremely condescending the entire time they “fixed” them. I asked for the same thing this time as well. They gave me long square nails that are lopsided and uneven and totally rushed through doing the nails. They tried to tell me I had dip nails when I had acrylics and got mad when I told them they were wrong. They said my nails were too short to do coffin nails when I’ve had them far shorter and had that shape done. The owner yelled at me and told me the reason I was so picky is because I didn’t know how nails were done or what I was talking about… which is untrue. They also left so much glue under my nails and the reason they are so misshapen is because when they put in the acrylic they absolutely destroyed the nice shape that the only polite worker in the whole establishment worked so hard on. They also filed all of the color off the sides when they were finished painting my nails."

"I’ve never left a review before but this was a horrible experience! My toes looked like a child did them, polish all over my skin. I ask for a tiny white heart (had a pic that I showed BEFOREHAND and they said they could do). After drawing a heart on my toe at least 4 times, they told me they couldn’t do it like the pic, (he was drawing big hearts that also looked like a child did them) I said just leave them off. The lady that did my nails, did them so thick and uneven, she then tried to draw the hearts on my nails, she tried several times and still looked NOTHING like the picture and then once again told me they couldn’t do it and she yelled at a guy across the room in a different language and he yelled back and said “too bad, a hearts a heart”.. I just said fine to get out of there. The lady then took my Apple Watch off to wipe my hands with a wet towel and dropped it! She looked at it and saw she has broke the screen and said “sorry”. I went to check out and they charged me $90 (which I had came in the night before and ask the price and this was NOT what I was told) she said $16 was for the hearts.. that I didn’t get on my toes and the terrible ones on my nails. I paid $90 just leave without what I ask for and wanting to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will NEVER be back, these people are incredibly unprofessional. I should have read the reviews!"

"I do not like the work at this nail shop. 1. They pressure you to buy the more expen tsive services. But as you can see the nails on my feet look like the work of my granddaughter. It’s terrible! 2. If you look at the nails you can see some are rounded off, some are still straight across the tip and clipped the sides. With the side of the thumb looking real ugly. Thick and ugly 3. To spend $110 for a botched job. I will never ever go to them again. They double team you and they do a quick job but it is no where worth $110"

"Came today with my mother in law and sister in law. I do not get my nails done frequently but my sister in law does and knew exactly what to ask for. We both asked for just a simple gel French manicure. Her tech painted her whole nails instead of the tips. Mine made mine very thick and uneven. He also did not clean up under my nails at all when he was done! Thick residue is still all under my nails that I’m having to pick out. The service was $45 for me to have the French manicure and $40 for hers. Would not recommend unless you are looking for something extremely simple and basic or there is a good chance they will be messed up in some way…"
