"I got a manicure and a pedicure on 1/27/23. I loved loved loved Tommy. He was really sweet we made conversation and he did a fantastic job on my nails. But the guy who did my pedicure… not so much. I got the $40 pedicure that came with massage, hot towels, hot rocks, and a clay mask. I did not like the job he did. Nails are fine.. but the massage.. not great. I wouldn’t even call it a massage. He touched my legs for MAYBE 2 minutes. He did not even touch my feet during the massage. Where can I go to get a pedicure that they actually put some time and muscle into it. I paid $120 plus tip for nails and toes. I’m not a confrontational customer. I just paid, tipped and know now that I will not be back for a pedicure there. I will most definitely go back to see Tommy though!!"

"They do the acrylic nails way to thick and it ripped my natural nail off when I hit it on something and I lost the entire nail idk if they were just not having a good day or something but I will not be going back there because of that reason.. this was my first and last experience there and not to mention they don’t tell you a round about number of the cost before they did my nails I have never paid that much ever"

"Went in for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was so bad that I ended up not even getting my full set bc of the pedicure experience. the “hot” towels used on my feet were rough, stained, and dirty. were also left on my legs until they were freezing cold, my legs had literal goose bumps. The hot stones were not hot, used maybe for 60 seconds. The water was COLD, room temperature at best, despite my asking for it to be turned hotter multiple times. Then tried to use gel without my asking for it and intended on charging extra until I stopped and asked why he was using gel when I requested regular polish. Language barrier with my tech, he could not respond back to my concerns or questions and was overall confused the entire time. Had to have someone else come translate. Then the painting on my toes itself was trash, nails all uneven and just not an enjoyable experience in the slightest bit. Charged $15 extra to just put a tip on both of my big toes. Then he proceeded to file the rest of my toes down as short as possible… My nail tech was kind, but the lack of understanding due to the language barrier and just overall cleanliness and professionalism in operations was poor. I sat for 20 minutes+ till dry to touch before leaving and they still smudged from the copious layers of polish preventing it to dry/harden completely. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere"
