"I had an amazing experience. I was looking for a recliner and had the dimensions I needed written down. I walked in and Susan told me I looked like a man with a purpose!! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a couple chairs. She only needed to show me two because the 2nd one was the one! She showed me how to use the recliner without breaking it and then we sat and talked about video games and Star Wars for a bit!! Best furniture buying experience I ever had!!!"

Delivery was free, however we did pay the additional fee to have them set up the couches in our house which was great! It was important to me to be able to sit on the furniture before making a purchase. Susan was the sales associate who helped me, and she was exactly what I needed. She was patient, answered every question I had, had a very relaxed approach, let me just be when I wanted to think and explore, and would show up at just the right time when I needed some help. I was also shocked to learn that with choosing my fabric for both the sectional and the pillows I can expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.
