Burnt End BBQ - Conway

"Atmosphere when you walk in is amazing, they have a great playlist of music going! My server Cherokee was so attentive & kind. Made the experience that much better! I order nachos as an appetizer & a southwest salad. Both are 10/10 options. I also ordered some cocktails as well, a burnt end Bloody Mary & a peach& mango classic margarita on happy hour price. Both also being very good & well worth it!"

"Overall it is pretty good. There are some unique menu items that are good. For example the pineapple fried rice with ribs is very good. The burnt ends are obviously their specialty but don’t bother with the brisket. The burnt ends were cooked well but had little flavor. At least you can control how much season and sauce you want. The brisket was very thin and dry. Decent smoke rings but that was about it. Pit beans and Mac and cheese were good but nothing special. I have been to a location in KC but only tried the Burnt ends there as suggested. I will be back for the unique items but not the core staples."

"I had lunch here yesterday and was considering coming back to try something else but after perusing the online menu I think 1 visit will suffice. I had the burnt ends platter which includes pork and beef burnt ends, fries and slaw. I don't like slaw so I swapped it for mac-n-cheese, which was $2 extra. The server was obviously very new at the job cuz she was a bit confused how to put my order in, even telling me they were out of pork ends (which was puzzling since it was 11:30 am). She called a manager over and while they both trying to figure it out another server brought my food to the table. Kinda weird. Seems like they definitely have some kinks to work out. Anyways, the food was just meh. The fries were average and the mac was a bit soupy. The ends were just ok as well. They really needed the sauces that were on the table. So I guess my main issue with this place is lack of value. Now I know bbq is expensive pretty much everywhere but with tax, tip and soda I dropped $31. For that small quantity of food coupled with average flavor, I'll have to get my bbq fix elsewhere."

"We were very impressed. I had the burnt ends platter, and my wife had the pig out bowl. Make sure you try the Sweet Chipotle BBQ sauce."

"Best burnt ends in the state. Moved away from KC 6 years ago and haven't had real burnt ends since (some really good bbq, just not burnt ends). This place delivers exactly what I wanted. Prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but at least you get what you pay for. And the service was friendly and prompt. We'll certainly be going back."
