"I really dislike this hotel. Some of the employees were cool, but majority of the managers or whatever they are are very lazy, they expect so much for so little y’all don’t even fix anything in the rooms or even have towels or blankets available. How can a person take a shower And they just got there on vacation they have to wait The next two days to shower is gross. Because how does it take two days to wash towels or even blankets? Which is very confusing to me and I don’t think I would ever go to this hotel. Again thank you."

"They stole well over $600 I also had my card stole by employee and since I knew it was from there they couldn't deny it (had card 2days and only used there). They ended up taking over $1000 out of my checking and management told me my fault and tried taking more out of my account. Never will I stay there and I highly do not recommend them to anyone. Especially when they have bad smell rude and dirty."

"This place used to be OK but 4 hotel managers and a general manager later it has gone downhill. If the idea of a hotel manager being all in your business, and rooms that take a week to get anything fixed, with the fun of someone pulling a fire alarm 3x a day appeals to you then this is your place! If you want a place with decent management, nice clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere, then look somewhere else. Or to me tion they like to lie about things like points accumulation them refuse to honor what they said later. I'm a Sonesta platinum member and this place makes it so I doubt I will ever stay in a Sonesta again. Oh and the free Laundry people rave about is no longer there. It's now cheaper to go to a nearby laundromat than to pay there exorbitant prices."

"Sucky hidden location, eco friendly environment no smoking in or close to immediate outside areas. Sadly way too costly on pet fee with no returned deposit and I feel like I paid way too much for what I stayed in! It's a huge campus hotel but the dude who checked me in was pretty tight n friendly."

"Charged wrong price that was initially quoted via email. Clerk was able to reduce amount to assist but was still 6.00 over priced from originally email confirmation which I provided. Table near bed had rust stains on the surface, recliner looked like something that was from an old motel and matched what other guests wrote in their review and some of the cookware was not clean (see photos). 1/4 roll of toilet paper left for use and asked for another role which I volunteered to visit the front desk to get but was told it would be delivered to room. Took an hour. Glad I want waiting on the toilet. Lastly, desk is falling down (see photos). On other sites this hotel has 4 stars. I just noticed on google it has 2. I will go with Google and Yelp reviews next time. The others might be getting paid to promote. This place is a dump and does not match photos at all.I would not recommend."
