"Terrible customer service. Made a call to this store, the lady that answered was almost pleasant until I asked about the availability of Sioux Emmpire Fair wristbands. She got snotty, said, “ We only have Wild Water West ticket, we didn’t get any “ and without another word, hung up on me. A simple, “ No, I’m sorry but thank you for calling get n go” would have been nice. What ever happened to just being pleasant and courteous to people? It really takes no effort to be kind. Maybe I’m be a little nit picky OR maybe I was just taught manners and respect for others!?!? I suppose I’ll just start going. To Caseys General store, the staff at those store are always pleasant to deal with."
