"I arrived at the theater this evening and went into the parking lot that they advertise that you use, and the Minneapolis parking app wouldn’t work with their address, even though they tell you what number to put in for the zone. So I ventured out into the cold and dark by myself, and tried Different machine had to use the machines that they had available and one was Blacked out and one was lit that I tried two different credit cards three times each and neither one of them would work with The machine, a man standing next to me using A different machine had cash and the machine would not take cash. I went inside to talk to jungle theater management and two girls from the acting group were at the front desk and said that nobody from jungle theater staff was there and it was only 40 minutes before Showtime. So I couldn’t even get my money back. It’s almost showtime, if there’s going to be a show and no one has arrived yet to work at the theater area the bar for getting drinks or snacks is not open because no one‘s here. I am here with a group and we are just in shock. It is a horrible experience, and I will never come here again ."

"We went with friends for the last showing of Dinner for One on New Year's Eve. It was wonderful! There is paid parking in the back which is great! The venue ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff is courteous and friendly. I can't wait to go back!"

"I enjoyed attending yesterday's show but had one notable concern. There were three or four commands to the audience to stand up because we were in a courtroom - and I had injured my back. While my inability to stand with ease was temporary, I imagine those with more enduring disabilities would not appreciate such commands, repeated sternly to enforce compliance. Please either indicate this requirement in the pre-show information or modify the script to include language about standing if you are able. Thanks"

"Nice quaint theater in the heart of Lyn-lake area. Went to see the Wickhams and it was a great play with comedy ad drama. Parking is in the rear and is a shared lot, else you will have to find street parking. If you are coming to a show, expect to come early or par far away."

"Went to see Little Women in 2018 and it was absolutely fantastic. The entire experience from entering to exit was great. The space is intimate and cozy which allowed for just about any seat in the house to be great."
