"Title: Disappointing Experience at Drive-Thru Review: My recent visit to the drive-thru left me incredibly disappointed. The fast food worker who served me was not only loud but also incredibly rude. Their tone was abrasive, and their demeanor was far from welcoming. It's unfortunate that such behavior tainted what could have been a simple transaction. Customer service is key in any industry, and this experience fell short of even the most basic expectations. The cashier lady at the drive tru behavior was unprofessional and downright unpleasant. From their loud and brash mannerisms to their rude tone, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. As someone who values respectful interactions, I found this encounter disappointing. It's disheartening to see such disregard for basic courtesy in a service-oriented industry. I urge the management to take corrective action to uphold the standards of professionalism and hospitality expected from their establishment. This is not the first time that this happened it happened many times their employees are rude they will yell at you or say “ what” in a rude tone when they are taking you orders. For reference- mostly is A Mexican woman who is at the drive through especially after noon . THERE ARE A LOT OF RESTAURANTS RIGHT AND LEFT SO IF YOU WONT WORK ON THIS ISSUE THEN YOU ARE CHASING CUSTOMERS AWAY ."

"Food is great and employees are nice. Why is football allowed in the parking lot? My car and others got hit and the kids were blocking vehicle traffic and endangering themselves and others. Got an attitude and called me "whitey" when I got upset they hit my vehicle. They said "the manager Frank allows it" and an employee told me the same on the phone but it turns out Frank doesn't exist."

"You want to be treated with a shifty attitude, come here! My order was not only wrong, missing food, but the lady that took my order was not wanting to correct my order. She kept repeating that she gave me my food, I pointed out to her that my order was right there on the table, minus the four Tacos Locos! She kept saying she gave me one, didn't give me any! Completely ignorant! Girl mopping the floor mops between customers legs that are sitting!! I had to move from my table so as not to get mopped! This place is NOT reccomended, AT ALL!!"

"No fast food gets 5 stars. But Taco Bell is consistent with quality. Love their $5 Chalupa Cravings box. For 10 cents you upgrade to a large drink. Can easily divide the box and feed 2 unless you're super hungry."

"This Taco Bell has one some renovating, and the inside of the store was nice. We also went when it wasn't very busy, so it was quiet, calm, and relaxing. The staff at the time we went were great. They were very nice and helpful. There is also a kiosk when you walk in where you can start your order. Taco Bell has some of the best priced fast food around! His trip to the one in Columbia Heights tasted excellent."
