"This place is an amazing adventure for kids, young adults and even adults! It was loud, but what kid's park isn't? We really loved coming here, our table waitresses were excellent and attentive to us at the table. What I noticed but didn't confirm is that it looked like you say 8 kid's coming, you get 8 plates, 8 forks and 8 bottles of water for the kids. Napkins are provided on the tables. Adults should bring more plates, drinks and forks for themselves. There was PLENTY to keep the young ones entertained for hours from wall climbing, zip lining, arcade games, trampolines, gosh more than I remember! Check out the pictures! Pizza was really good too! We had ordered 2 of each pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and sausage, pepperoni, bacon pizzas. All delicious! And, they announce when the pizza is coming over a loud speaker so you don't have to track down all the kids. They came running when they heard pizza was ready and it was ready ahead of their estimated time! There's even massage chairs!"

"I chose to take my boys here yesterday as they had no school. We had never been. When we got there we were greeted right away letting us know to get in line to purchase passes and complete the waivers. I was asked more than once while filling out the forms if I was doing okay and I appreciated that. The check in was easy! The options to purchase from were nice. The place is huge with so much for the kids to do. My boys had a blast! They loved it all! We will definitely be back again!"

"We love the toddler jump time so much! It is a great way for smaller kids to enjoy the trampolines and everything else Urban Air has to offer. What makes it even better is the staff! They are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend a membership here to make Urban Air a weekly activity at not a huge cost."

"Wish they had had bumper cars or go karts. 4 stars because they don’t mention or explain all their options as far as payment, packages and monthly membership. Pizza was good. I would separate on of the smaller trampoline areas for smaller kids."

"My family and I drove three hours to visit this facility for my daughter's birthday. based on the pictures on their website we thought it'd be a fun venue, but our expectations were far exceeded! My children are 3 and 7 and there is a perfect blend of entertainment for both. From the moment we stepped in the door until the minute we left all staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to the kids. For the price there was definitely enough to do. My kids literally didn't stop moving the entire time they were there and as soon as they hit the car they were out, which is a miracle in itself. Anyone with kids should visit here. you won't be disappointed. As a 36yr old female I had the best time alongside my kids."
