"Love the place. Just two comments/concerns: 1) The handicap shower soap dispenser did not work. And the benches in the locker room could have been longer. Existing seating is inadequate. The workout floor is very well equipped, well taken care of and laid out perfect. I just talked to another member, I'm 78. He's 83. He went to experience for a couple of weeks in a row and he told me regarding the showers. The soap dispensers are even not working, or they're always empty and he was not happy with the room in the locker room. so apparently nothing changed."

"This gym is one of the worse gyms ever. Especially the managers. I was willing to pay for a day pass with card but there system wasn’t working properly. So instead of the manager apologizing about their poorly updated system. The manager told me to pay in cash or I leave.. The disrespect is unbelievable."

"I was very pleased with this gym. Definitely another one of my favorite ones. I was in town for a few days and they we're kind enough to let me have a one day free pass. This gym is so different than others, I'm saying this because I've never been to a gym with a pool inside of it. All their equipment is top of the line and they have very clean lockers and shower rooms. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking around for a good permanent gym."

"Xperience in my opinion is one of the best bang for your buck on a gym membership. Giant TV's throughout the facility with your choice of HD programming? Check... Friendly Staff? Check... Plenty of equipment? Check... Choice of classes? Check... Swimming pool? Check... Cryotherapy? Check Check Check! Clearly plenty of offerings at Xperience fitness but who is this gym really for? It's for the person who doesn't need all the things Lifetime is offering yet isn't a Planet Fitness located in a strip mall that is always overcrowded from selling discount memberships only wishing you were on a coach airline seat to get some space during your working. It hits right in the middle edging more towards the Lifetime area. The facility is clean, friendly staff, new equipment, plenty of TV's to enjoy during workout, classes, personal training, you name it. US Cryotherapy is also attached to this gym which when your done shopping at the neighboring five below store and need something colder they got your back. We will save the Cryotherapy for another day as it's in a class of it's own. It's hard to be disappointed here with how far your membership dollars go and what you are getting in return. I do wish it was open 24 hours and keys for the lockers would be a nice touch but certainly not deal breakers. If you want one of the best values in a gym membership then look no further than Xperience."

"7/23/18- update: gym is now open! It has a nice 3 lane lap pool and nice variety of equipment. Machines are labeled well. Staff are friendly and willing to help if you ask. They are still adding more pieces but there are currently enough to get a good full body workout. They are also offering a varied schedule of classes including aqua fit, yoga, Zumba and more. You need the higher level memberships to access all the classes. The gym is not open 24 hours but the website has the hours listed. I must say I don’t think it’s fair to rate a business before it is open. ************************************** 5/2018 I noticed there is already a review for this gym however this location is not yet open so perhaps they are commenting on a different location? This is a new gym opening in June. They are currently enrolling members and it seems like a great deal. They will have weights and resistance machines, cardio machines, exercise classes and a salt water pool for lap swim and aqua classes. The monthly fee is very competitive and they don’t lock you into a contract. It’s true you cannot bring your kids to workout or swim for free but there is a kid zone for childcare available. I can’t imagine a gym letting kids swim anyway as it is not a community center. You can purchase a membership for kids 13 and older. Guests need to be 18 or older."
