"Buckle your seatbelts because this was a long journey full of unfortunate events and errors made by Brock’s flooring. 1. The company was a no show for our scheduled measuring appt. when I called they had completely forgot and were unaware of having missed it. 2. No follow up email with directions was ever sent just a request for payment. 3. Sales rep said after payment an email would be sent with instructions on next steps- didn’t happen. 4. Over a week after payment I had to call them to be like “so hey I paid you all that money…did you get it? What are the next steps? Did you order my carpet? When is install? “ they gave me a date a week out for install. 5. Day of install another no show . I call …again, with low expectations. Brock’s decided that they would wait until install time to actually make sure my carpet arrived and was correct. Low and behold they had the wrong one. Now my whole living level was torn up and my kids had to sleep in the basement on the floor for a week while they reordered. 6. To save time, install was then rescheduled and canceled two more times. This was a NiGHTMARE. Do not go here, very incompetent service. Installer was fine, but he was contracted out. In all transparency, I did receive a discount. But not enough to warrant a week and a half of sleeping on the floor due to their incompetence. Stay away at all costs."
