"I have changed my rating from a one star to 5 stars, because of Chad, who went beyond what I was looking for, to remedy my problem. In quotations is my initial reaction for the 1 start rating. "I had purchased a 4-gallon Lesco backpack from here about 2 months ago. About four to eight gallons of pesticide goes through the backpack daily Monday through Friday, which isn't a whole lot of use. About two weeks ago I started to have problems with it holding pressure. So I bring it in and I talked to one of the guys and his solution was for me to buy a brand new backpack. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and I used to get most of my rodenticides and insecticides through Siteone / John Deere /Lesco. But over the last 3 years I stopped buying most of my pesticides here because of the prices increasing. So I walked out the door and after today I probably won't ever come back again. You think a company would stand behind their product for longer than 2 months." Long story short, after I tried dealing with corporate office and the manufacturer and getting no where, Chad called me. I was nearby and he asked me to come back and he would replace the bad backpack. He asked me what I wanted and I said all I wanted was a working backpack. I got there 10 minutes later and he was assembling the backpack. Chad told me to keep the old one for parts and gave me the product I had left behind the day before. I was not expecting that. Thanks Chad! I will be back in the future. Thank you, Jim"
