Northern Tool + Equipment

"I'm relatively sure this is the original store. It's about 3x larger than any other Northern Tool I've been in. They have more stuff than you could possibly imagine, I like the fact they're a Stihl dealer. I'm no lumberjack but getting the right chain or bar is very helpful for us regular firewood cutters. The hand tool selection is excellent as well. If the time comes to learn welding, I will purchase everything from Northern Tool just because of the awesome prices to get started."

"Staff at the Burnsville MN store are always helpful and knowledgeable. Good parking. Great store for Milwaukee products and so many other things. The only negative is like so many other companies the sales, when, what is included, and what is not are very convoluted."

"Dropped my hot water burner off here 2 months ago. They told me 4-6 weeks. We are at 2 months now and still don’t have it back. Called a couple times now. Either the guys don’t know what’s going on with it or that they are gone for the day. Call back tomorrow they open 8-3. Call back the next day at 2pm and they say ya sorry no one is here. Very frustrating! I bought the northstar brand for a reason I thought local and I could get good service apparently that is not the case! Very frustrating!"
