"Nice atmosphere and the remodel is a great addition to campus with a much-improved vibe, but whether there are 35 people in the line or 2, the staff are literally never in a hurry to serve. Employing the dormant second cash register would be a great idea as well as hiring more staff for the busy times."

"Barista incorrectly made my tea, and when I pointed it out, she (very rudely) refused to acknowledge her mistake or remake the order. Great location if you’re a UCA student or on campus, just ask one of the lovely librarians for directions as it’s sort of hidden."
"It's great to have on campus but UCA should really have more than one Starbucks like some campuses do. It's often very busy and the wait is long. But service is great and products are great as usual."
"It's great having a Starbucks on campus but try to go during a class because the wait times can be 10 to 15 minutes before and after a class. Stays open until 2:00 am during Fall and Spring semesters but you must be a current UCA student to access the library it's attached to after midnight."
