"I had a referral to see an ent a few months back and was supposed to go to mercy but the wait list over there is a while which now makes sense. So I went over to this place cause my anxiety was high I have a few hard swollen lymph nodes and I am trying to figure out why they keep popping up and not going away. He laughed in my face and kept saying he didn’t know why I came here for something so little like that and that I just need to stop touching them and ignore it and then walks out. I got zero answers as to why it’s happening and here I am a few months later and I have had more pop up. The nurses and front desk were nice but that doctor is insanely rude and should not practice medicine. Go to mercy. Do not waste your time coming here."

"Worse Place Ever!!!! Son has been going there and for awhile now and the staff is terrible......They treat you like crape then will turn around and say you are rude when it's the staff that is rude! My son recently lost his Dad and Grandpa when he had a follow up With Marsh he had told him about it. He just shook his head said ok told him was good to go. Wasn't even in the room for 5 minutes and didn't even examine my son!! Also Jennifer Murphy allergy nurse told the clinic where my son was going to do shots that she had spoke to the about the mix she had done. They said she never spoke to them at all! My son and I both are disgusted how they have treated us. Much better places out there and staff that won't treat you like crape. We don't use them anymore just because of how they are. Don't waste your time going to this place they have no hearts and don't care for people like they should!!!!!!!!"

"My sons pediatrician referred us here to have allergy testing done. When I called to see if they had received the referral, I told the receptionist it was for allergy testing and GI issues he is having. She said, “well, Doctor Marsh can’t help him and bringing him here would be a waste of time.” Very rude, wouldn’t listen to me at all, interrupted me multiple times and was no help whatsoever. I get that they don’t see patients for GI issues but that’s not the only reason the pediatrician wants him to amber tested but the receptionist would t let me get all my words out. I am actually quite appalled at the attitude she gave. She even told me that I have no idea how many doctors send patients to them unnecessarily. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t take my son there at this point anyways."
