"I didn't get fed my.lunch. They didn't give me my food order. And what I did receive was not fit to eat. They let me go 8 hours without my pain meds and I was begging for it"
"My Dad was admitted yesterday, I called his room a few times, and it just rang and rang. I began to get concerned and called the nurses station and was told there was no phone in his room (!?!?) but they were finding one. WHAT? This morning I again called his room and still just rings. I have called the nurses station a couple of times and am and told "let me get you the nurse for that room"..... when I started this post, I had already been on hold 8 minutes. I am unable to get much info on his situation from staff. Seeing as how I live a 5 hour drive from the hospital and can't just run up there, I am becoming very agitated."
