"My daughter had to have an ultrasound on her stomach, kidneys and bladder on 3-21-24 and the tech we had was beyond amazing with her. You see my daughter has autism and doesn’t liked to be touched. She also doesn’t like anything new. But our tech (her name was Kali )and she was so patient and told my daughter everything she was doing before doing it. She also let my daughter touch the gel and let her feel how it felt so she wouldn’t freak out. She was beyond amazing and patient with my daughter and understanding to my daughters needs. If you ever need an ultrasound done ask for Kali. She is super great with special needs kids"

"I had a sister in law in mercy for one week on the 4th floor. After going thru a 7 1/2 hour surgery you would think the nursing staff would be more compensate. She had nurse that was rude. Took there time to come help her. Was was not to get of of bed but when she had to go to the bathroom it would take them a long time to come and help her . They did not give good instruction on when she was released to go home. She didn't have a good experience"

"This hospital will not protect your personal information. Their employee Kaetlyn Roger knowingly sent out patients personal information as well as photos to me. When I reported it to ethics they blew it off and are actively helping her cover it up. She didn’t even so much as miss a day of work. This hospital is a disgrace and obviously does not take the hippocratic oath seriously whatsoever. I will be reaching out to each patient individually to let them know their information was shared since Mercy Hospital doesn’t care. She went in screaming bad relationship but even if she claims to be out of a bad relationship than doesn’t change the fact she took an oath and doesn’t honor it. Disgusting Mercy. Maybe a further investigation into her claims should’ve been done then to would know she broke up a marriage within your hospital while cheating on her partner. So she is responsible for her own “ bad relationship “ which I guess gives her permission to break her oath she took. Shameful!"

"I have been a patient at Mercy for many years. Recently, I had an appointment for a heart test procedure. I traveled 130 miles round trip for the appointment only to have no one there to preform the procedure. I was told I would just have to reschedule the appointment. This was the second time no one was there for my appointment. I complained to the doctor and no one from her office team called me so, I changed doctors and asked for my records to be transferred to the new doctor. Mercy deliberately did not send them. I billed Mercy for my 130 mile drive and deducted $78 from my bill. Mercy’s response was not to discuss it but, turned me over to a collection company. This is very indicative of the kind of care you will receive from the Mercy system. A M Baker"

"Iv always gone to Mercy by choice. Now I have Breast cancer and there are test you need to know what treatment is best for you. My Doctors and nurses have been so kind and have explained what will be done. TOLD ME TO CALL ANYTIME. IF I HAVE QUESTIONS. I feel much better about this next journey of my life.Thank you Mercy.."
